How you can be notified

How you can be notified

Bluebird offers several methods of notification to ensure agents never miss a lead. These include:

  • Email Notifications
  • Push Notifications (via the Bluebird app)
  • SMS Notifications

SMS and Email

A user’s notifications can be altered from the Users page. In the left sidebar, go to Roster>Users, select the user you would like to change and toggle their email and SMS radio boxes

The SMS and email opt-in switches must also be on for the user to receive that type of notification. Users can change this toggle themself.
Note: Do NOT change user opt-in without user permission. Users can change this themselves by logging in and visiting the Contact Settings page in the left sidebar

Push Notifications

Push Notifications will be sent if the user has downloaded the Bluebird app and logged in. By default, these notifications will override SMS notifications. Reach out to support to change this.

Note: Your phone’s settings may silence these notifications. Make sure phone notifications and sounds are set to your preferences.
